Default Need Help Asap

Hey people, I really need your knowledge. I am running a NA-T setup and a thicker head gasket to drop compression. I have run into a problem with the waterpump and the fitting that come off it. It is like a kneck fitting and has two bolts and is supposed to fit flush.
I have one side to fit but the other side the bolt hole did not line up and when i got bolt in, it snapped from the pressure of forcing it.
Can someone please help and tell me how to make it work or is there a part i need to buy?
Oh if you have any pictures or diagrams that would be great too.

is this the little water neck around the distributor cap?

i remember having an issue with mine when i was first installing the turbo manifold. the neck would not light up properly because it was hitting the manifold. i had to unbold the manifold slightly to give it enough room to install the neck. this was with a boostlogic mani btw.

the thicker head gasket may make it not fit in straight as it does not line up correctly. I would say you might have to try and force it to line up.

looks like it may be hitting the manifold like mine. you may want to loosen the manifold a little and see if there is any play. install the neck first, then tighten up the manifold. that's how i had to do mine.

if you have a grinding wheel of some sort, try to shave down a little bit of the manifold to make it fit where its hitting, just as long as u have enough metal in the manifold.

hey guys. ok. update. the headgasket is about 3x as thick as stock. so it is pushing the waterpump up and the neck is not fitting back to stock location. so basically the stock neck is not long enough to fit back to the top and bottom.
I know someone had to have this problem with a thicker headgasket on a stock na-t block 2jz-ge..
PLEASE help. car cant get working till then.
