Water Pump and Timing belt

Water Pump and Timing belt
Hello everyone. Before I begin let me please make a note that even though Im a noob to this forum, I am not a noob when it comes my SC300 or any car for that matter. I've been lurking around reading up and looking for info before I attempted to tackle the job of water pump / timing belt. After some careful reading I went ahead and did the job.
I just replaced the water pump and timing belt on my 92 sc300 and aside from having the wrong pump (i bought the 10 bolt hole and ended up needing the 11 bolt hole version) it was a fairly easy job. Took me an hour for complete removal of all the components. Lining up the cam gears and crank gear for Top Dead Center was also easy due to the fact there are markers on the gears themselves. The hardest part for me was scraping the old gasket material from the waterpump mounting surface because of my tendonitis, lol. The timing belt tensioner is also a biotch to compress so loosening the 2 lower mounting bolt helps. You also need a harmonic balancer remover tool to get the crank pulley off the crank nose.
For future referrence, there is no actual guaranty what bolt pattern your water pump is... depends on the block casting so it can be either 10 or 11 and cannot be deciphered by year. For any Stockton, Ca. people out there, Global Autoparts has the 11 bolt water pump in stock for $80 made in Japan! Compared to Autozones $150 vendor out of stock, Pepboys $180 special order, and god knows how much it would have been at kragen!
anyone needing more info on doing the job just PM me and I'll try to get back to you.
My current cars:
92 Lexus SC300 Automatic (all stock except the Apex'i mufflers, K&N filter, and sound system)
93 Honda Civic EX 1.6 SOHC Vtec 5 spd. rice rocket body kit and fog lights(dont laugh its my DD and it saves me gas!)
71 Chevy C10 Fleetside Longbed 350/350, Edelbrock performer package, cadillac tails, bucket seats, etc... LOL

Thats some interesting piece of info. Do you happen to have any pics or is there anything else we should know? I did my brother's before on his 92 SC also. I didnt even bother counting the bolt holes because I had thought they were all the same.
