Default Cam Sprocket Problem

I am having a hard time getting the cam sprockets off. I have a manual but all it says is remove cam sprockets and the bolts will not come loose. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?

you don't even need that theres a special tool to hold the cams gears in place while you use a breaker bar to pop off the bolt easy as cake

or just hold the cam with a wrench if you don't have that special tool.

i think you can pick it up from even harbor freight for 20 bucks plus you don't have to reseal valve covers btw good way to work on hitting 500 by restating the wrench trick which i quoted in my previous post

I finally got them off with an impact. They were tough to get loose.
