thanks for the reply biggu, i'm trying to get in to drifting pretty seriously now that i have a real dd. the sc is underconstruction, i just finished stripping the interior and am in the process of removing every single piece of dead weight, i have most of the sound deadening out and i just finished up doing the poly bushings for the upper and lower front control arms as well as the rack bushings. rhdjapan.com has a bazillion nice jdm parts i can't find anywhere else including the rack spacers u posted. they don't really have a listing for the soarer on the site but if you look at jza80 & jza70 supra the have stuff listed for the jzz30 i also found some 1jz stuff under the jzx models its a really good site for finding parts.

any 2way is good or weld it if you wanna keep it cheap for now, but welded imo is not very streetable, 2way isn't either if you like doing canyons either.
i use a kaaz 2way in my ae86. make sure you have good coil-overs as well to go with the tension and tie rods etc.

225's should be fine since sc's stock make a good amount of torque and since the car is heavy it should be okay i think esp with a diff and with all that weight swinging around. and you could fill up the rear tires with more air, 40 psi + just screw around with it till you find something that suits your driving style.
weight transfer and proper lines do wonders, torque and e-brakes fix that if you f up too.
my ae86 holds drifts fine in 3rd gear and that thing makes no torque or hp. make sure the suspension is set up properly first
