i am not there yet lol, but there are tabs on the flywheel that go into the pressureplate.

Okay, so that means the flywheel is supposed to be flush with the pressure plate, which is how i have it. At this point i'm thinking about every possibility but no conclusion yet..........

did you install the throw out bearing correctly? did you use new snap rings?

yup, everything is brand new except for the tranny! I'm taking the tranny down right now, i'm so pissed off beyond description. And if it turns out that a member ripped me off with the tranny, somebody is gonna get it ............

check the slave cly. bleed again? make sure it is pushing correctly, or maybe you need a longer rod on the slave cly. if it engages when eng is off, then it might be that.

I just picked up a r154 that I haven't tested. If you are near by I can throw it in the back of the truck, take it over, bolt it up and verify if it's the transmission. It would have to be Friday or Sunday. Let me know just send me a PM.
