Default engine harness problem

I bought a engine that has trac control and my car doesn't
I was just wondering if I can just use the wiring harness that came with the engine with traction control instead of my original one because the original one is destroyed
the one that came with trac control has two extra plugs i think
can i leave those unplugged?

I know that if you leave the plug off on the traction control that the throttle plate for that will stay open. The part I am not sure on is if the car will even start with the trac not even on there. I think you can add trac throttle body and then you should be fine. I have a feeling it won't effect the running of the car. You will have a extra plug inside the car since you don't have traction. Best thing to do is plug it in and see if it starts. I will look into and give you a update when I can get some info on that.Later>>>>

The new (used) engine came with the trac throttle body which has two extra plugs in the engine bay for trac which I think i can leave unplugged
but the problem is that in the cabin I have two extra plugs also which i think goto the abs cpu
but the abs cpu in my car has plugs running to it already
can i just leave the two coming from the engine harness unplugged in the cabin also
ill try to post pics later tonight
if nothing else then i will have to make sure that the wires on the new harness are the same color as the old on both sides

Yeah post pics and can you be more specific on which plugs your talking about like the engine plugs or the ecu/body plugs. I don't know if you have extra plugs that can be unplugged or the engine one go in place of the ones that are in place of it right now. I think there is a traction ecu also ,but its not on yours and you just have the ABS. I will check my buddies car with traction and then let you know what to be looking at.
