rear main could get blown out due to bad/worn piston rings, make sure you crank case ventlation is working correctly. do compression test

The symptoms that you have about the leaking oil and the clutch aren't really related to the turbo system. The angle of the turbo oil line has nothing with the leaking oil and slipping clutch. When you boost, the clutch might go bad because of the additional pressure and torque that put on it. With boost, you increase more hp and torque so any nearly aging parts and seals will show their weakness. You'll need new parts, perhaps more than just the clutch and the rear main seal. Maybe more seals and gaskets will start to give out, including the vacuum lines...etc. The point is the engine needs to be prepared with good condition parts when under boost.

You'll need an air breather to vent the excessive blow-by oil pressure, or you can use an oil catch can. You can search on Ebay.

The stock setup usually has 1 hose connecting from the valve cover to the intake pipe right before the throttle body. This excessive oil will be consumed in the combustion. Now you eliminate that for the turbo intake pipe, so you'll need a place to vent that pressure to.

drove the car with the clutch and coupler yesterday, pulled hard. just did one pull cause i have to break the clutch in.

took apart everything on the drain, and everthing down there was hand loose, so we tightened everything up, and fixed the gaskets. and now no smoke, or leaks( first time ever)

trbo1stgen do you mean you tried to make pulls with a bad coupling, or you just got it together for the first time with the new coupling?
