Default Is this the ignition or tumbler switch???

I went to start my car and when i turn the key nothing happens other than unlocking the steering wheel. I have power but the ignition doesn't turn on. No fuel pump, radio, etc. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. Does this sound like the ignition switch? I thought it sounded like it but when I searched on here it seems everyone replaced the ignition switch because the key got stuck or it wouldn't turn not because of what seems to be an electrical problem with it. Let me know what you think. thanks!

This is on a 1995 SC300.

i have the same problem.

but i tracked it down to the tumbler. i took the back part of the ign. switch off and turn it by hand and everything lit up and relays were clicking.

for some reason the key cylinder isnt turning the switch.

the back of the key cylinder snapped off INSIDE of the switch. thus it no longer turns the ignition switch. any ideas on how to remove it?
