Default What Fuel Pump to buy for replacement? (92-SC400)

I'm ready to change the fuel pump from my 92 SC 400. By going over the old messages the brad name Walbro keeps showing up. A 255 LPH can be bought from Ebay for $100. Is that a good one?. I just need a basic replacement. AutoZone has one for over $370.

One more thing, when I took the bracket with the pump it was really rusty. It just does not look right. Is that an indication of something? The car has been sitting for about 10 months.

Thanks in advance

Jaime

do not buy a walbro from ebay. It is FAKE and will fail!... you can go to horsepowerfreaks's website and buy one there.. We have had two of their real walbros in our cars and have made over 300rwhp on them.

The only other intake fuel pump I would put in is a stock denso Mk4 TT pump.

hey man, a walboro goes for cheaper than the autozone one, the only thing is it's going to make a buzzing sound. As far as rust goes...eh I'd be a bit weary, but that's what the fuel pump sock is for.
