seco clutch kit?
So last night(yes, thanksgiving) my head gasket went on my sc300. Im going to buy a used engine from gazi and figured since I will be pulling the engine and tranny out I might as well change my clutch. Im not planning on doing anything to exceed the OEM limits, and was wondering if anyone has used the seco clutch kit and what they think of it.

aha yeah me and TL driver both got the seco clutch and did the change around the same time aswell. the seco isnt that bad, and so far i put about 3k miles and its holding good.

glad to hear you guys like the clutch. im not going for power. maybe an intake and exhaust at most. if even that much. im just afraid that after driving with it for like 10k miles its guna start to slip.

well for teh seco clutch i wont say anything as i havent tested it yet to 10k. but as of 3k its still holding as if day 3 lol [day 3 was broken in]

i bought an exedy stock replacement. i did the clutch in nov. 06. about 250k miles, and two season of drift days, and all types of drifting/tracking fun its still good. im pretty sure it will collapse under the loads like a stock 1jz but for an NA 2jz its solid. stock feel and the grip has not been reduced since the day i installed it.
i bought mine on ebay and it was cheap. dont remember but i think in the area of 150 shipped or something like that. for sure way under 200 shipped.
