leaking power steering hose???
#2
take off hydraulic hose and take it to a shop that specializes in AC,power steering hoses, hydraulic hoses etc. My son recently had a bad power steering hose (leaking) on his 92 SC300. It was fairly easy to take off. He took it to a local shop in Austin and had a new one fabbed up for around $80, 24hr turn around. Much cheaper than Lexus wanted for an OEM one. Worked perfectly

List prices:
92-94 ~$554
95-00 ~$463
Obviously can get it cheaper from one of the vendors here though. Try calling one of your dealers tomorrow and laugh in their face when they tell you the prices lol.

I wonder how much is the Toyota Supra oem part is? Should be practically the same part, but sold as Toyota rather than Lexus mark up name... Guess I'll give the dealership a call tomorrow to find out the net price is on it...

Edit: I think that driftmotion part would have been worked for me, however, there may have been a banjo fitting attached to my hose, you'll have to look at your entire piece.
Regardless, in my case, I brought the whole damn thing into a hydraulic repair shop that repairs fittings, make sure in advance they stocked metric fittings. (Google or other search key words hydraulic repair.) Mine was fixed for $38 at a San Jose CA based hydraulic repair shop's walk up counter top. They repair tractor hose, wood chipper hose, dump truck hose. They really could give a crap if its from a Lexus or a CAT bulldozer, its two fittings a 24" of hose, crimp and go. They don't care and don't charge and arm and a leg. If you can do your brakes, you can do this repair.
You'd have done yourself a favor and searched a little on this whole leak topic before starting a new thread. You certainly were not the first with this problem. Here are three threads on the exact topic:
Pay particular attention to the first thread. The Driftmotion part seemed not be be the right part. It would have been nice if the guy who started the thread would have told us how it sorted out in the end:

About the driftmotion part, I've never seen anyone claim that a 90 degree fitting improved flow: "New design uses 90 deg fittings to improve flow", don't know about you, but I use straight through.
