Been having a problem with my TT brakes ever since installing them.
I rebuilt the stock master, and it made no difference. Still had alot of dead space in the pedal travel before it caught pressure towards the floorboard(yes I bled etc...new bleeders)
I tried a TT brake master, surely that would fix it...nope!! Same thing.
I tried a TT brake booster, but it's different. I'm wondering now if I can shim it with washers? Shouldnt hurt anything right?
TT booster on the left. The rear shaft is longer.
This is how you bleed the master while it's in the car.

The TT booster does bolt up, but look how much longer the shaft is coming out of the booster on the left. That connects to the brake pedal bracket, and it just doesn't fit. If the booster had a 1" thick spacer between it and the firewall this would work out much better.

I ordered a SC300 brake booster from Aliga. I believe mine is defective as the front rod has in/out play, and it should be tight. <--EDIT this is wrong, the sc300 front shaft does have in and out play, but only a little.
EDIT- the replacement had a little play in the shaft as well, so this is probably normal.
I just bought this too!
JDM Supra TT 3.76 Torsen/LSD differential. The Ateam couldn't build a better drivetrain! Even has the TT drive axles all with 50k miles on it.
I actually couldn't tell if this was the torsen/lsd or not at first, until I found Blizzys' thread where he bought a brand new LSD, and it looked just like the unit in this differential. I guess there are a couple different stock Supra torsen/lsd's, and the other one I've seen has a shinier metal housing, and it also has an open spot in it where you can clearly see the helical gears.
Also, there's another rear end people like using that has a 4.50 ring gear, and it is much thicker than this 3.76 ring gear(the big round gear on the left side, if you don't know what a ring gear is). The 4.5 rear end would be an ideal drag rear end.
My opinion is that the Sc300 stock 4.08 rear end coupled with the R154 and 1jz, is only ideal from standing starts. On the highway, the RPMs are up too high, and kills the Sc300 smooth cruising characteristics.

The way you can tell the difference is the crankcase ventilation tube coming off the turbo side of the valvecover.

Main thing is that my rear tires 285/35/18 rub the fender lips sometimes with the stock suspension.
Chris at BoostLogic was telling me that rolling the Supra/Sc300 fenders isn't an ideal situation because the fender lips are thick and don't bend easily. He's actually seen the rear quarters bend/crease, so instead he cuts the lips out cleanly.
I was thinking about trying my Dremel to see how long it'd take to cut the lips off.
