Thanks man!

Boy, I got my *** kicked today...tried tackling the supra auto tt rear end swap. I had a hard time getting the stock rear end out, almost stripped a couple axle allen head bolts, but made a couple saves..

I read that the supra auto tt diff bolts right in, but the front flange doesn't work. I'm going to have to take both diffs to a shop and have him swap out the flange and set the pinion and replace the seal too.

This one allen bolt almost stripped out..we just barely got it out. It was probably 3 times tighter than all the other bolts.

exhaust shot for good measure. It's press bent, but damn it's still nice, and the 3" to 2.5" duals should flow pretty well. The only big restriction is the downpipe right now, and the cat, which I'm going to have a test pipe made soon.

I got the diff installed last night. I had to swap out the supra auto flange with the stock sc300 flange to fit the drive shaft.

35mm axle nut socket to pop off nut on the front of both diffs.

The diff is really not hard to remove or install by yourself. You just need to balance the diff on a board which sits on your jack. Get it lined up, and connect the drive axles, and get the driveshaft started. Lift it up and get the two front bolts installed. Then you get the rear bolts installed, and then torque everything down, mount the exhaust and your done. Don't even have to remove the wheels.

The 3.76 are MUCH better going down the highway, and there's only a slight decrease in torque down low versus the stock 4.08s, but the increased top end more than makes up for it.

Next up, Greddy Emanage Ultimate install. I'm waiting for the plug n play harness to arrive, then I'll get it tuned around 15-16psi.

What are the RPM that you are at while on the highway and at what speeds. I havent driven my car yet since i have just finished up the swap and installing the throttle cable today hopefully.

Looking into LSD options myself right now. I have a stock 1jz (ideally my power goal is around 400rwhp in the future) i'm swapping in, should i go with a kaaz or do you guys think the mkiv auto lsd is the best option for the price?

I'm at about 3k @ 70. I think when I get up to 80 or 85 its at 3.5k

I think that is pretty close to what it normally runs with the 2jzge stock engine too though right? Or maybe its alittle less like around 80-85 its around 3K or a little over.

When u change the LSD what do u run when you are at these speed RyanV?

I got the diff at jdmengine depot in CA. It came with the axles too...pm me for info.

I have no issues with the ABS light either. Dr Tweak did my harness

I've heard that the KAAZ is noisy, and has even harsher engagement than the auto torsen lsd.

Honestly I think my speedo is off even more than before now. I'll find out and let you know. It's definitely no where near 3k@70mph anymore...probably closer to 2k@70

Greddy Emanage Ultimate is up and running. The car fires right up, but runs slightly richer than before, but the main thing is that I know it'll fire up before I take it to the dyno.

The more stuff the tuner has to do, the more he's going to charge. So if I have the EMU installed, he won't charge for the install.

I ordered it through a local Greddy reseller. $240 for the PnP harness for 92-96 1JZ. Took 3 days to come in.
