The car already has new battery terminals, there is no more battery drain. The only problem I'm having is that the car won't start due to a bad rpm signal!

Alright, I give up.. Information about this is so hard to find, the only way to troubleshoot a lexus is to just buy parts and hope it works...and this car is a big piece of **** anyways. Time to part the car out. Anyone who needs some parts off of a '92 SC4 send me a PM.
