Default My Billet 62 low boost dyno results....

USDM GTE motor
Soarer R154
Precision 6262 Billet, .68 a/r
Stock Injectors(550cc) with single Walbro.
Precision 850hp FMIC
3" DP/MP/Exhaust
AEM

Car made 433rwhp@16psi at 95% duty cycle on pump gas. Torque was close to 400 I think, I'm waiting on graph from ISP. I was hoping to push it to 500rwhp but was out of fuel. I'm ok with the results for now, my goal was only 500rwhp for now. Will focus my attention on the interior etc. Car pulls very smooth. I will do fuel upgrades soon so I can turn up boost some more so I can play around with a certain other white SC in the area lol.

Yea with my power goals there wasn't a need to go big. I like what I have for now

cherplex

great numbers bro from a 62mm inducer and 62 mm exducer , this thing with billet wheel must spool insanely fast and hit max boost before 4k

i want to get the 6765 but with .81 hotside for better mid and top end

It spools similar to stock twins in TTC. Yea my buddy is getting a 6765 billet soon, I think his hotside will be .68 though. That turbo will be insane either way.

I need to do fuel, I was reading up on your thread about using inline bosch. My tuner told me about doing it the same way too, walbro/denso intank to inline bosch, FPR, rail and injectors. I want to switch to E85 but not sure yet.

You should try to make it out to TX2K10 next year.

Hell ya dude. I doubt I'll be there with my car though

Pulling it with a trailer was a PITA. Sometimes I wish I stayed stock fuel/ECU like my last SC. Then I wouldn't have to worry about something happening if I was hundreds of miles away from home because it would be reliable

Cherplex, I'm confused. How are you out of fuel? I remember tuning my car on stock injectors and AEM awhile back, and 540whp was 95% duty at 19psi on a 67mm turbo & pump gas. You shouldn't be out of fuel at 16psi on 62mm turbo. I've tuned a bunch of cars with similar setups and was able to make at least 500whp on stock fuel/stock injectors on pump gas. Something I'm missing in your setup perhaps?
