Default Help with relocating fender harness

I've searched and everyone says there's a plug in the back of the fuse box; but I can't seem to find how to get to it. Are you guys actually removing the fuse box to get to the harness??

Yes I have searched what I'm asking is how did they get to the harness to unplug it. Not trying to be an *** but I'm pretty sure I clearly asked how to get to the plug not how to relocate it.

Pull the carpet back and you should be able to see the plugs on the harness that run through the firewall.
