Default Question regarding vacuum lines

Hey guys, my car seemed to have a strange stutter during idle and i figured it wouldnt hurt to replace all of the vacuum lines IE throttle body/egr valve etc

The vacuum lines on top of the throttle body seemed to have a larger diameter hole. I bought a bigger size that seemed to match but ended up not fitting so i used the smaller sizing found on the egr valve.

my question is how will it affect my cars performance if the vacuum lines are not the correct size?? if it affects it at all?

thanks in advance
