welding the stock manifolds would result in a ghetto fab job... it'll end up leaking and looking like crap... on every car that i've seen that, it looks like crap and ends up leaking because the welding just doesn't work
I also agree with CompWiz.... 350rwhp will only net you a high 12 or low 13... that means you'll be as fast as a basic upgraded 300zxTT... oh wow! See what I mean when I say 400bhp (350rwhp) isn't enough power?
450rwhp would be good for high 11s with a good launch (thats gonna be hard considering traction issues hehe ) prolly around 118-120mph trap speeds... thats Viper territory

to be an M-killer you'll need around 350rwhp... but 400-450rwhp would be much better and put you in Viper territory... i mean seriously guys... raise your expectations a little bit... 13seconds is only fast for so long... once you run a Z06, modded LS1, or SupraTT BPU you're going to wish you had alittle bit more than 350rwhp

6 speed Lexus LS 400? That will be total sleeper. I jacked up my car earlier and re-assess the OEM manifold. It looks like the oem manifold have flanges ready for T3BB bolt-on. As far as room is concern. Removal of the Cat-converter will have a lot of room, which is perfect for a T3.
The return tube will be loop around next to the suspension componants (around engine) inside of the shock. I am plan to use 2.5" to 3" pipes. I can get those pipe made at a local muffler shop. Intercooler will be custom.

yeah removal of cats is a good thing
thats what the downpipes would do that I'm thinking about... 3" from the turbo (internal wastegates so no need for dumptube routing) to the main cats... this eliminates a lot...
and you can run a straight-thru system with no cats at all on a turbo car and it won't be too loud... it WILL be loud; but very smooth and not droning at all... a TT DOHC V8 will sound like heaven on wheels

Due to the location of the turbos. I will need an oil sump with pump to return the oil back to the engine. Its doable. I called up www.lexus400.com and talked to Tony N. He stated that i can get my ECU reprogram and tune for $1,249.00. The price is kindda high.
This is what i gather so far:
-Turbo: Twin T3BB
-Head Gasket: SCE Copper .093" -it should lower the compression by 1
-Head Studs: ARP-Custom order
-Intercooler: custom
-Plumbing-custom
-Injectors: Upgrade to proper size (maybe using stock Supra TT injectors)
-Ignition: MSD DIS-4
-ECU: Custom reprogram and tuning by Lexussc400.com
-Fuel:upgrade fuel pump (walbo 255 L/H
I plan to pump max at 15 psi. Of course normal driving would be around 6-7 psi.
If i can pull this project off. I will slow copy the system and make aviable as a DIY Kit.

don't forget your transmission rebuild, limited slip, upgraded rims with big tires and new torque converter
15psi is gonna be a lot more power than you think; ESPECIALLY on twin T3s
reprogram your ECU? thats a really bad price... get a Haltech E6K for like $1100 and tune the damn thing yourself with a laptop and some dynotime... the Haltech has the benefit of converting to speed density and tossing the AFM out for no restrictions -- a gain of around 50rwhp for SupraTTs when they convert using a VPC
Or the more expensive Speed-Pro system which tunes itself
