What is the power rating on the stock auto tranny for an sc300? Im looking into buying an auto sc and want to boost it but want to know its power range before i do so. If someone can please help me out with this i would greatly apprecaite it.

9psi on my stock auto trans..plan to shim and add a cooler, and a higher stall converter..should be good to mid 400's if I read everything correctly

yes but most of them are using the TH700..the stock auto trans in the SC's arent very strong, but with a little work they can handle a decent amount of power.

I would like to stay with an auto trans solely due to the consistency between gears/shifts..but I do miss the thrill of shifting, and the control of what gear I am in.

turbo auto's in a straight line are 99% of the time faster than manual's. there is no loss of boost between shifts. it just depends if you want straight line fast or not.

Mehhhh, you can still be in the gear you want with auto, just pop that stick man. No letting off throttle, boost stays!!
