Default I learned a new pilot bearing trick!

My old man was gonna take my pilot bearing out while I was ripping out the interior. I head to autozone and get a puller and a slide hammer but the puller was too big for the bearing. So he goes inside and comes out with two slices of bread...I'm scratching my head. He jams the bread behind the bearing, puts a bolt in and smacks it with a hammer and that little buddy popped right out. I knew about packing it with grease but this was soooo much cleaner!

Yeah- I was totally wierded out. I thought we were gonna eat and he wasn't saying anything. I was laughing and all ticked off at the same time- I had just gone and gotten the slide hammer and the puller!
