Cam position sensor or crank position sensor will do the same thing. Check the connectors for those, and also check the cam position sensor wiring. It has a tendency to rub on the serpentine belt causing a short, and a bog at higher RPMs.

Well drove it all night seems to be quick and way more responsive

Well the sputtering issue is back and its way to cold in Ma to work on . I mean the car feels like my old untuned DSM ill floor the car itll sputter a bit then start to rip?? And idling the rpms will b fine then drop quick then it recovers.. clueless guys.

Guess I shoulda added how I fixed the problem, right before I went NA-T, I noticed small slits in the old spark plug wires and it would spark off the valve cover..very bad. That was the sputtering issue.
