Default Some upgrades in the works....

Picked this turbo up last week courtesey of TDAutowerkes in Miami. 6265 w/ a T4 .68 turbine.

Along side is your standard fair drewgo manifold w/ a Tial 44.

New rubber to go with the new wheels...

Megan Racing coilovers w/ new MOOG endlinks. Reusing the stock old endlink was a lost cause. Out came the angle grinder and went on with the install.

Old n busted

New rollers..(most of the local guys have seen these by now)

By By sidemount (somebody buy it!)

SWEET!!!!! Looks almost like mine, minus the turbo... I also have the same tires. I love them, they are so quite and smooth. Is your rear rim sizes 19x9.5 or by 10's? I wanted to know when my tires are ready to be replaced, what the 275/35/19, would look like on the rim?I have 255/35/19, on there now.

I like the SPT's too! You can't beat them for the price.

Looks like a good stack of parts! Can't wait to see it all put together!

jordan

upgrades r coming along nicely cars looking great

i am anxious to take a drive with you and feel the punch of the 6265 did u get it billet wheel and bb

why didnt you go .81 on the hotside i have .68 and its really restricting my power mid to top end, even my aem tuner wont retune me until as he said "get rid of the paperweight" and get min.91 he even wants me to go .96

i plan on picking up a 6765 billet dbb with .81 shortly with hopefully the new 268 cams

anyway hurry up for i have heard nothing but great thing on the 6265

I went with the 68 for sake of response. Its no big deal to upgrade housings if I find it too restrictive. My goal is about 600whp, so I was hoping I could hit that without having to go to a more sluggish housing yet keeping some of the response.

It is a billet unit, but journal bearing. I talked with a few people who run this turbo and they claimed the difference between the journal and BB units was negligible so I took that extra $400 and used it elsewhere.

Gotta go outta town for a week tomorrow, but when I get back I'll start bolting all the stuff on. Haven't decided if I want to powdercoat the go fast bits or polish. Gotta talk to the polishing guy local to see how much he charges.
