I'm so sorry for the delay with the contact info for the guy selling the Soarer parts. His name is Steve Smith and his email address is:
steve@smiffiessoarersanctuary.co.uk
like I said he has a Soarer website, I dont remember the exact name but he can give you a link to it as well. I think it's soarer sanctuary or something like that.

I'm 90% sure you would need the same pickup unit to match your cluster as they are very different, and to get the other to work would probably require some for of rewiring.

After reading this entire thread from 09-present i have yet to see anyOne with a fully operating Digital Dash unit...either the fuel doesnt work or temp guages or other lighting tjrough out the car. Does anyone on here actually have a digital with working fuel bar and no other major inconveinces? Not to doubt any of you by any means but everyOne is saying theres "this way" and "that way" and "to do this" but i want information from someone who already has all of this worked out because otherwise it could b the blind leading the blind which happens time to time on the forums. Again, i dont mean to offend anyone or doubt any of you and wiring skills, i just want instructions from someone who has all the bugs worked out

Not to mention going back and forth trying to find all these parts from Over the pond + install sounds extremly expensive, insight on that will also be helpful!

there is a reason not many people do it but I do remember seeing one example where it all worked, but it looked like a major pain and collecting the parts starts to get expensive.
you may need to repin alot of wires behind the cluster, alot like rewiring an engine harness.
you will need the fuel sender, various other soarer sensors, i would imagine most of the wires are there just need to figure out what goes where.

The other common most reason no one does it is because those clusters have been known to have quite a bit of issues and its not as easy to have them fixed.

bringing up a thread from the dead. im talking to somebody now about getting everything i need for this conversion. only thing is he's bringing up me needing to potentially swap out my ecu for the exact same one that came out of the cluster and put it in mine. if not the transmission will act up. does anybody know if this is true, or can i just keep my same ecu. i have a 92 sc300 factory 2jzge.
i'm gonna try and get the cluster with less options. just simple check engine light, speed, odometer, fuel level, and coolant temp.
