You need to find out what tap to get to tap your stock fuel rail.
If you need to, take it to the hardware store and find out what size tap it needs.

Then just remove the Upper Intake Mani (like when changing plugs)

unclip injectors, by pushing in middle clip and pulling up.

release fuel pressure best you can so not too much comes out (pop gas cap, dont drive before removing,..)

With a 17mm wrench unbolt the banjo bolt coming from the feed line (near the firewall)

with 12mm sockets loosen the 3 bolts that hold the fuel rail tight against the head.

pull rail out with injectors and **check grommets at the end of the injectors to make sure theyre solid and wont leak. **also check o-rings at top of injectors and make sure not loose or easily taken off, if so buy o-ring set at hardware store. (i double up on o rings)

pull out injectors and drill out fuel rail hole *towards the front of the rail
You will need to make a perfect up and down hole, dont angle or your FPR might leak.

tap rail and clean out shards or aluminum. *double clean it out

use teflon tape and coat threads and use a washer and install the fitting that the FPR is going to screw down on.

make everything tight. put in injectors and reinstall and dont loose washers that hold the rail down tight to the head.

one installed check everything again.
then turn key to AC and go see if its A. not leaking anywhere B. see if its holding Fuel press.

*adjust accordingly

Heres a pic of mine
