a lot of the parts transfer, but there are still some that u'll have to buy elsewhere.
I buy a 5sp clip, but already had a 5spd, sold the parts for conversion to a friend with my old W58. IIRC, he had to buy the pedal assembly, center consol piece w/ boot (clip didn't have it), and possibly one other thing. Said it wasn't too much money. I think he was comparing the cost to the 5spd conversion costs on the forum of >$800

my brother has converted his from auto to r154.

The average cost is $3000aud, but he did not have the halfcut like you which has 90% that you can change over

pedal assembly (ConSynX mentioned)
Clutch Fluid Reservoir and lines (which follows the brake lines in the enginebay)
Tail shaft is different
Have to cut hole in the tunnel to fit the shifter through

And you have to wire up the reverse lights
Fool the ecu so that you can start the car (auto P or N)
Manual ecu (direct plugin) has a little more aggressive tuning than the auto

the pedals and hydrolic lines will be for RHD. so.... if you wanted to make your car RHD.... you'd have all the parts.

for LHD car, you will need lhd pedals, and hydrolics.
