Fuel Pump DIZASTER/DEVIL PROBLEM
I am going crazy.
Today i decided to install my brand new Walbro Fuel Pump.
I pulled out the old fuel pump....disconnected it...then connected the Walbro IN THE PROPER WAY.
Connected back the battery and then turned the ignition on....READY FOR THE MAGIC???? THE WALBRO DID NOT TURN ON!
1. Fuses are fine.
2. ECU is fine
3. Nothing is unplugged.
4. To my knowledge nothing is shorted (atleast we hope)
5. YES THE WALBRO WORKS ( Connected to battery to test to see if i had a bad pump and it worked*)
Now the devil effect takes place.
I figured HEY LETS TRY THE OEM FUEL PUMP TO SEE IF THAT WORKS.
Guess what....now the OEM fuel pump wont even work when connected to the wires.
Im lost...i dont know what to do anymore....im thinking of just wiring to the battery and using a relay bypassing the ECU but i DONT want to do that because i wanna know why the hell my basic setup is not working RANDOMLY on the car....
Any help people?

Well now that im reading more....is it possible that my FP ECU is not letting the pump to start at all?
I havent tried starting the car but when the key is in ignition and turned on ACC...the pump should turn on.
Now the stock pump wont even turn on.
Did i fry the ECU cus the fuses look fine both under the left foot and under the hood.
Im confused!!
Do i do the 12v FP ECU mod? I mean the pump wont even start. Not even the STOCK ONE PEOPLE!

My walbro pump does the same thing..try and start the car and you will hear it prime and it should start right up. I thought something was wrong too, then I actually started the car, and it fired and fuel pressure was excellent once the key was turned all the way..just crank it over

Will the excess fuel recirculate since the 12v mod is constantly pushing fuel in?
iM gunna try that MOD today and see if it primes before actually starting the car.

Yes, the excess fuel will rush into the return line, you will hear it, trust me
I think Walbro's cause our FP ecu's to crap out. 12v mod is a must anyway. Hell, i had to wire switches in to power my ECU's main relay because i guess it's faulty now, because my FP would stay on with the engine off. Hoping it's just my ECU and when I swap that problem goes away. I'd like to be able to use my turbo timer without having to flip a switch.
