Default Boosted GTE problem

This morning I drove my turd to my in-laws to drop off my daughter, it drove fine there. When I am leaving it seems a little sluggish.
Here is what it is doing
under normal driving AFRs are dead on.
car idles just like it should, with normal AFRs
as soon as I give it gas the AFRs hit 20-22, and that is even before it has built any boost.
Its like the gas is just shutting off.
As soon as I let off the throttle it drives fine

Any ideas as to what could be the problem?? Its like as soon as it gets a throttle input of more than like 20% it just goes dead lean, like there is no fuel.

Car specs
92 Sc300
GTE (JDM)
stock US 550cc
Stock Supra pump
JDM Gforce modified ECU
Turbonetics GT 66
Innovative Wideband
The car has run flawlessly for the majority of the time I have had it (once I fixed previous owners mistakes)

Did the vacuum to the FPR pop off? Leaking map sensor? Failing fuel pump....

All vacuum lines are good. I am really starting to think that the MAP has taken a crap. The promptness that it hits 20-22:1 afrs lead me to believe that it is sensor related.

That g force tune ok with pump gas? Usually they tune with 100 RON gas available in japan. What were your afrs before?

Its LexusFTW's old ECu and it has been working great. Under boost it would start off in the 11 range and creep up to low to mid 12s by the top of the gears.

To add to it the car would not start today when I went to leave work.

map sensor is easy to check....what is the voltage it puts out...use a compressor to test it further.

I think this is fuel pump related...possibly the fuel ECU took a dump.
