Thanks to VQT and all those who helped with the Engine light threads.

I have a 92 SC300 Stick throwing Engine Code 41. Anybody with SC300's have this problem? Any input or instructions would be helpful. Thanks A LOT Guys.

At idle rpms, the engine wants to stall when the engine light goes on. So far, the engine light is transient and not a permanent feature on the dash. Hope this helps. Thanks AGAIN.

Code 41 is an open or short from the Throttle position sensor. Your TPS connector (black, 4 pin) is on the throttle body and may be broken and wiggling loose. More likely is that your TPS itself is bad. You'd have to have the new one adjusted properly, so I wouldn't advise replacing it yourself.

Have you clean the throttle body yet? the flap may be stuck.
I scan thought the code 41/47 in my 93 SC400 manual and it pretty involve in checking this.
