For what your goals are right now this is a great setup you've chosen. I've taken rides in the lag monsters/big power cars and although the power is awesome, the driveability is terrible. Heavy clutches and heavy bogging...it takes getting used to, but in the end it's just unbearable (at least to me). We need more street machines out there, and i think you've hit the nail with this.

One thing that you will need later on...a new tranny. That W58 may not like the power that's already there, and more power will probably break it. R154 anybody?

W58 will hold just fine, it just depends on how you treat the transmission. if you drive the car like you stole it all the time its going to break. if you drive like you stole it everyone in a while and dont slam gears you will be fine.

True if you nurse the tranny, it can survive. However, Not only would the R154 be stronger, but the gearing might be a little bit more fun with a quick spooling turbo.
