How high do you rev your stock 2JZGE?

I had my rev limit set up at 7.5k, but I would have no problem revving to 8k on occasion. But with stock n/a cams there is no point in reving over 6k as the torque and power start to fall off significantly.
If you were wondering why I reved the car to 7.5K. Because I would go through the traps around 7,200 rpm at around 132mph.

when im relaxed and trying to save gas, ill shift around 2,500rpm or 3,000rpm. Ill take it to 4,000rpm or 5,000rpm when needed. when ever im at the track or racing, the bfi and header allow me to take it around 6.5 or 6.6. been meaning to take a video sometime, not much demand for it though lol. so no motivation:P but yea im real tedious on my shifting habits.

i used to deliver pizza in my sc400 so generally i would keep it below 2k every day. we all know that you can't contain a fast car for too long so i definetly did have the occasional 5k rpm sprints but i always feel guilty afterwards. i love my car so i try to treat it right
