i have a 50mm wastegate and a xspower manifold. My problem is that the wastegate is to big and does not clear the cross memeber..anyone have this problem? can i cut the flange off the manifold and get it welded on about an inch or 2 inches higher on so the wastegate will sit higher up. if i do this will it mess up the direction and hit anything else? and also is there a kind of liquid gasket seal i can use for the waste gate my wastegate?

damn i got a 50mm wastegate and a ebay manifold (identical to xs power) too, hopefully it fits when i install it...

i got the 50mm waste gate from driftmotion.... it looks differnt from xspower one you should be fine if you have xs power one...but anywase anyone have any pics of how you guys made the wastegate fit?

There are multiple manifolds, wastegates, and turbo set-ups with the SC. You gotta be more specific and say whether you parted this turbo kit together or you bought it from one source that *claims* its a direct bolt on.

This is why E-Bay parts are kinda bs but that my opinion thats all.

parted....xs power manifold and a 50mm driftmotion knock off wastegate....yea i know i know... i get what i payed for but welps ill spend more next time! for now since i already got it i need to make it fit even if i have ti cut and weld...soooo any inputs?
