I say NA-T, its fun but make sure you have everything before hand. The whole build shouldn't even take you but a day or two to complete.

Been NA-t for a little over a year, not running the numbers I like but it sure is fun.

To respond to your question, you can go NA-T with VVT-i but be very careful. You can only do a few pounds of boost with it after that you could cause major engine problems. VVT-i doesn't like boost as much as the rest of the GE motors.

My next questions-

-how do the Auto Trannies do? How much Power are they good for? (Mine was rebuilt 20k miles ago)

How much safe power can I get out of the Stock NA-T setup?

What are good injectors, fuel pump, and management? best bang for the buck? In other words are any GTE parts compatible?

What do you NA-T guys prefer for a manifold?
