soarer13oy did you get the mpg data to work?
On the 99SC3002of4 D1 is listed "Fuel Injector No. 1". Does this mean the wire going to fuel injector 1 get's spliced into the cluster?
In the same diagram D21 is listed "A/C Control Assembly" Does this mean the proper climate control unit is needed for outside air temperature to work?
UpInTheLex is it possible for you to get the 1995 automatic air conditioner diagrams?

Any luck on this? I just got my cluster.
My car is 92 and my cluster is a 99, I took a look at the wiring on the third page, but nothing on a 99 SC4, looks like the plugs are different.
Then I took a look at the excel file and couldn't make odds or ends of it lol

sc400 should be pretty similar to sc300 plug wise. Only difference i can think of is gear 4 before D. For the excel spread sheet it tells you which pin from the 99 c luster goes to which for the 95.

Looking at the plug like so the light blue wire would be 1 and red with green tracer would be 3.

For MPG to work t-tap fuel injector 1 coming off the ECU to the yellow wire coming off orange connector (d) pin 1.
Outside air temp is slightly confusing.
For a 1995 vehicle the wire is already there meaning it's plug and play.
The Soarer got outside air temp in 93 so it's quite possible a 93 or 94 climate control unit can output the single if an extra wire is added.
If not 1992 through 1994 vehicles need to be converted to the 1995 and up system.
