can you list all of the parts you removed or tampered with ignition wise?
why not try getting new spark plug wires since you know the plugs are good and gapped right, the order is correct, there is no water down there and no vacuum leaks. To me it either has to be your coil or plug wires, you could also replace your rotor and cap its a good time to do that but it may confuse the situation even more right now. Id do that right after you figure it out

And I am running the stock plug wires, with autolight plugs which worked fine when i put them in my 3000gt to test them.
I know some fords that don't run right with champion plugs, try getting some ngk. I'm might be thinking of my other car but I believe sc's require platnum or iridium plugs. please correct me if I'm wrong

I took it to a shop and they said they couldn't tell until I fixed the throttle body gasket.

They did tell me however that lexus/toyota are very picky with spark plugs, so it could be the autolites i used.

Im buying some ngk plugs tomarro, as well as replacing the distributor. Ill let you know how things go

Do one at a time, fix the tb leak try it out.

Replace the spark plugs with the correct ones try it out

then check distributor if needed (which I doubt it is)

What a pita, I know how you feel I broke the houses main water pipes today while mowing the lawn took 5 hours to fix it and 3 trips to home depot
