Default Question i'd like an answer to please (Engine Swap Questions)

I have a v8 sc400 and im looking to swop it with the v8 twin turbo soarer engine! Does anybody know anything about them! I need help

its an inline 6 twin turbo called the 2jzgte

inline 6 what advantage does that have over the v8?

or the easier swap and less expensive would be the 1jz-gte.. inline 6 twin turbo also.. but this is a 2.5L engine compared to the 2jz-gte which is a 3.0L..

You really need to read and search. At least 8 years of threads you can look at...at there is no such thing as a Twin Turbo V8 Soarer "swap"

v8 or 1jz = soarer. I went 1jz and car runs smooth as stock.

The V8 is really hard/expensive to turbo considering no one makes manifolds or anything for it. The 2JZGTE swap is going to be less expensive, and produce more horsepower for what you are looking at spending on a 1UZ-FE TT build.

If you have an Sc4 and you're swapping the 4.0L NA 1uz, then it's go go go.

I think you're confusing their 4.0gt and their 2.5gtt.
