Default spoiler brake light

I don't have a repair manual on my '93 sc400 yet ( i know it's kinda nubish) but I was wondering if anyone knew how to get to the bulb in the spoiler...or is it LED? Mine never worked so I don't know lol. Thanks in advance.

It is an LED. You can test the wires coming into the unit to see if it's getting power, if is getting power and your unit is bad cheapest way to fix is the junk yard. I've seen a couple SC's with this part at my local pick & pull.
