Its all about application.

My friends are working on a single/twin hybrid... Basically its a twin setup and 1 turbo is blocked off until a certain RPM and then it kicks on and then its twin in the upper RPM range. Supposed to give a really fast spool and carry the engine into the upper rpms without falling on its face.

Like I said, its all about application. Most people go single to get some serious power in the upper rpms.

single kicks in faster. twin lags a bit but when it kicks.. say bye bye lol

Question:
1.) Is boost the same on single and twin turbo? for instance, is 17psi on single the same power as 17psi on twin?
