Has anyone used the MagnaFlow 99175HM cat? I'm going be replacing both cats on my sc300 because they have 200k miles on em and i can heard rattling coming from the rear one. In the description it says that this cat is NON CARB compliant, but im curious how it will upon inspection.

If anyone has use this did you pass emissions? can you recommend different cats that I can weld in if this one wont work.
