wow @ suggesting neutral drops. thats just stupid

as stated earlier,
-ECT/PWR button on
-OD off
-traction control off, if you have it
-put it in Drive
-stay on the brake
-bring the rpms to at least 2000

when your ready to go, get off the brakes and mash the gas

lol theres nothing u can do thats going to give you any noticable gains of the line, but your definitely going to destroy your tranny and who knows what else prematurely.

instead of correcting this guy people are piling more bad advice on him.

Unreal, neutral dropping a Lexus.

The 2000 rpm thing is a bit arbitrary

You need to mash the brake pedal as hard as you can and dial up revs until the car is just starting to creep forward, then back off enough that it stops moving again

In a TT Soarer this is anywhere from 3000, I've heard of people being able to dial up to 3600, depends on a lot of factors. Bottom line is, dial up as much as you can without creeping

dude it weighs 3600lbs and has like 175whp.

the best way to launch it is to set your coffee down in the cupholder and slowly press on the gas pedal.

I suggest a rev limiter neutral drop. And then, a trebuchet.

rev limiter reverse neutral-drop burnout first, to get the tires heated up, then while rolling backwards, do another rev limiter neutral drop into "D"

this should really get your life moving in the right direction.
