I'm not 100% sure how much I want to sell it for right now. I'm still keeping an eye out for a descently priced 2JZ. I also never shipped an engine before..

a 2jzgte longmotor will plug and play in the place of your 1jzgte. sensors for crank, cam vr sensors x2, tps, map are all compatible between 2jzgte and 1jzgte; you can look in the toyota OEM catalog or dealer to x reference these items.

for ECU it is a different story, if your 1jzgte has stock ecu it would need to be remapped, etc- realistically any performance modification from stock on 1j/2j- gte should be mapped for the changes- if you want more power than stock, you need a engine management solution- for 1jzgte this would easily be done with a plug and play apexi Power FC.

before wiring up my 2jzgte with stock 2jzgte ecu, i looked for quite some time for a 1jzgte power FC unit, you can easily map a 1.5JZ or 2jzgte properly with a power FC designed for a 2500cc 1jzgte. Dyno + proper setup = FTW!

if you are looking for a low mile (2,000 miles from naked block rebuild) 2jzgte, i have one in the classifieds....
