Manual Transmission oil???

What Oil do you use in your Manual Transmission and Differential??? My transmission feels a little stiff at time to go into First Gear.

I used to go with Redline MT90 for my 240, so I'm recommending that. As for diff fluid, I would go with amsoil

I've used royal purp for the longest, over 60k miles on that stuff and never had a problem really. Im thinking about switching it up to redline something W-140 (saw my brother putting it in his IS300)

i'm using the gm synchromesh for my transmission and mobile 1 75W-90 synthetic gear oil for my differential.

REDLINE mt- 90 for transmission. Use Redline for you diff as well, I just don't know which one specifically.

You honestly can't go wrong with Redline once you find the right weight.
