Question Coild this be fuel cut

well to start, I was on my way home from the fair.while on the interstate decided to push my car havent done it considering I recently bought the car. well I get all the way to 80mph and it feels like your in 3rd gear and you dont shift. it feels like a slight jerk and doesnt go faster. any help if this could be due to fuel cut. btw have a 1jz stock engine only upgrade is intercooler.

ok, I know its a big thing on threads to use the Search button. However after doing heavier searching I found out it could also be speed cut? True or not?
