Default Clutch slave cylinder??

I have a small leak and it clutch fluid. My clutch seems to be working fine, except for the fact that sometimes when I shift, the pedal doesn't pop back up. I have to pull it up with my foot. Could it be the slave cylinder?

Don't be cheap replace the clutch master & slave cylinder @
the same time. If you only the replace the 1 that is leaking,
the other will take a dump shortly after. The 'restored' line
pressure will usually make the 'old' 1 start leaking with in
a month or two.
