Default No Start still: help crack the code

Guys car has started twice. It sounds like it wants to catch with little, and I mean little puffs out the downpipe.
  1. Voltage/Resistance test: Coils, igniter, resistance pack, injectors, IACV, crank, cam. Tested all at the unit and the connector. Cam sensors gave no reading but they are only a trigger right? no power.
  2. Replaced: Coolant Temp Sensor ( ECT ) as the cap broken off when removing to inspect it. New spark plugs NGK 6097
  3. traced all harness lines to verify that they were in the right order for injectors and coils.
  4. visual inspection: getting spark (grounded out each plug on block and cranked.
  5. visual inspection: pulled fuel rail and watched injectors spit fuel
  6. Timing is correct. I have attached a pic before installation to show cam markings.
  7. Leak down test completed and each cylinder held very very nice.
  8. THE CAR STARTED AND IDLED twice!!!! Both times it took a lot of cranking. Both times the nose of the car was up in the air.
  9. Tested MAF. Voltage showing 4.2 and then fluctuated to 4.3 and back to 4.2 back and forth when air went into it.
Currently have the plugs off to let the cylinders vent out. They do not look soaked but you can clearly smell fuel standing next to the car.

Thoughts: MAF(just tested per FSM and not an issue), ECU. That is it. The other thought was to check fuel pressure but seems to be getting enough fuel.

Aristo 2JZGTE, USDM injectors, resistor pack, 12v mod with Walbro pump, USDM TT auto ECU and harness.

How long have the injectors been sitting? Sometimes it's the simple things...tap each one with a heavy wrench or extension while someone cranks over on the motor....

You don't have to take the Fuel Pressure Regulator off, but if you crank the car and then take the FPR partly off and get fuel spray at some decent rate...then it's enough fuel for idle. The fire triangle has only so many parts. You ARE getting air (assuming your IAC is full up). So....

1. Injectors are not firing enough or correctly-fix=ground(specifically aft lower intake runner ground) I sincerely doubt all injectors would be gummed up.
2. Your spark is incorrect...but that would probably lead to some awkward attempts at firing or misses.
3. Your spark is not strong enough...ignitor and resistor wiring setup. The spark should be easily seen (not faint) If you're confident in the spark sequence and strength...uhhh is the fuel good.

I'm tryin!
