Yes the VVTi GE doesn't not have an R154, I am 100% positive same reason why the Na Supra never came V160.
So yeah as long as it a GTE VVTi it has the R154.

most veronas and chasrer came with r154 as far as i know

so whould the driveshaft setup be the same as a normal 1J/R154 swap

The DS is the same .

I used a 90915-YZZD1 on both the 2JZ and 1JZ so the oil filter are the same.
I used 5.5Qt of oil on both 1jZ/2JZ you will be fine.

here are some pics from when i got the the exhaust a few years back. it the tanabe touring 2.75inch cat back exhaust with a custom 3inch down pipe and 3inch midpipe.

Does the stock manifold on these motors have a T2 flange?....just wondering if there are any turbo upgrades on the stock mani with out having to make major alterations.

u have to have the t3 flange made for the stock manifold but the stock manifold is very restrictive.


better off going with the ebay manifold.

good luck even finding 1 cheaper u can always get the amuse manifold for 2200.00 usd
