That was well photographed, explained, implemented and then I watched the video and soiled m'self. Thanks a LOT...
Awesome work NTL SC bro! (If it wasn't already 10:10PM as I post this, I'd head straight over to Arlington to see this beauty in person. I have a goal to make a few of those west-siyeeed meets this summer! )

My buddy Shawn finished his 1.5UZFE swap and just need to fire it up. 2UZ bottom 1uzfe top. The combo above is the easiest, cheapest and fastest. That was what I told the buyer over the phone. Initially it was hard for the buyer to understand but now all make sense.

Yes thats what i wanted to do, but Lex pretty much said it all. Im glad I went this way. Its like being stock, but with alittle more. This way could have been even cheeper that it was, but I bought as many new parts as I could afford to make it as new & fresh as it could be. I couldnt afford to do this again, anytime soon. AND I was able to do the other upgrades as well.

Nice work! I'm very interested in doing this swap myself. What mounts did you use? Did you change the fuel injectors? Any cel codes? Was there any issues during the install you left out? The swap seems very straight forward. I'm hoping it's a simple r&r affair. So you say it's not much of a power difference? Any noticeable difference in handling with the 70lb+ increase up front?

This is the 430 block(3uz), which is aluminum. Sounds like you are mistaking this for the 4.7 (2uz) swap which is the iron block. Its 80lbs heaver. Everything is just unbolt & rebolt. I do have the Megan motor/tranny mount set though. No its definitly a power gain, its just i did so many mods @ one time its kinda hard to figure out which one gave it the most gain. I need to get on a dyno soon.
