Exclamation help

I just order a chip for my sc400 it from redline technologies i have to splice the chip on to the IAT sensor has any body read up on these chips i got it off ebay

Sorry to tell you, but there is a 90% chance you got scammed, and it could possibly fry something electrical..the only possible thing that could be wired to the IAT sensor that could yield any kind of gain would be a resistor to feed a different voltage to the ECU telling it that the ambient air temperature is colder than it actually is..I wouldnt mess with it.
