When it did slip, it was like a cm which cause the one rib to be on the edge of the CS pulley cause it to cut, its almost like my tensioner is at a very very slight angle downward or something but I do not know how all the bolts are in and tight

sometimes it needs a little convincing to get it to align up right the first time, you can use a small bar for some leverage and it really helps to have another pair of hands to hold down the tensioner if you are having trouble getting the belt on properly.
at least you will be better at doing it the second time around =)

Well that is the weird thing, I never had an issue getting the tensioner on or the belt and did it by myself. Everything fit into place just fine that is what I dont understand. The only annoying part was the black molding I had to get the tensioner behind that. I will wait until my grandfather is in town and we will take it all part and start from scratch until then I will just drive with a little rattle

Another weird thing is when I kick on the A/C there is some rattle from the engine but the A/C runs just fine. I'm wondering if the tensioner is out of place by even just a cm or 2 would the belt being out of wack mess with the A/C pulley
