Default W58 tripod shifter- What piece am I missing?

Converting my W58 to the tripod shifter but can't figure out what piece I'm missing. Ordered 2 o-rings and a flat rubber washer but the diagram at Toyota doesn't show anything else. They said it might be a bushing that comes with the tripod but doesn't show on the computer. Here's what I'm talking about...

the bushing sits on the round ball part of the shifter. maybe its in the diagram for the shifter itself.

Yea your missing the shifter and plastic white shifter bucket that sits on top of the small black gasket.

The plastic bucket only comes with an OEM new shifter.

Ok I checked with Toyota and it's $137 for a new shifter. The tripod shifter conversion is starting to really add up...
