Default sc300 tune up 97

I have a 97 sc300...with 127k miles. The only thing I have changed is water pump n timing belt...and the 02 sensors. I want to get a full tune up. Wat r the most necessary things I need to change? Here is the list I was recommended from my neighbor
Pcv valve
spark plugs distributor cap rotor
plug wires
fuel filter
fan belt
engine oil/filter plenum gasket
Do I really need all this?

I had a full tune up before and I did this

(you should get them inspected for sure all the parts above if you need replacing or not. If its not showing wear I wouldnt waste the money unless you were doing a part that relys on it as well.)

- Timing belt
- Water pump
- Fan belt
- Spark Plugs
- Plug Wires
- Fuel filter
- Coolant Flush/Power steering flush/Brake fluid flush
- Air filter
- O2 Sensor

If your car is driving fine as is. Save the money. Meaning your car handles good/drives with no weird noises/and you average 18/24 mpg.
